In addition to the Chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau, Khalil al-Hayya, it is believed that almost all of the remaining leadership of Hamas, including Mohammed Darwish, Mousa Abu Marzouk, Husam Badran, and Taher al-Nunu, were all present in the meeting that was targeted earlier in the Qatari capital of Doha. Reports are suggesting that they had gathered to discuss the ceasefire agreement presented last week by U. S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.
